- Full-Time Guitar Instructor (Intern)
We are seeking dedicated, highly driven individuals with a strong passion for music and teaching. The candidate will excel in delivering instructions within a group dynamic and demonstrate a commitment to elevating the standards of the ensembles they are involved with.
Key Information:
Working Hours:
- Weekday afternoons from 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm
- Occasional Saturday morning events may arise (ad hoc)
- Monthly reviews on a weekday morning
- Minimum commitment of 4 months, with renumeration provided
- On the job training provided
- Opportunity for internship extension or conversion to a full-time position
Criteria:
- Minimum of 3 years of guitar playing experience
- Leadership/teaching experience in Guitar Ensemble preferred
- Professional music qualifications in Guitar or any instrument/music theory (e.g., ABRSM, Trinity, etc.)
- Proficiency in reading music notation and tabs
- Ability to work efficiently, solve problems, and manage classroom situations
